The overall grid area of the freight station is 73,050 square meters. The structure of the grid is a quadrangular cone bolted ball grid with a column cap support in the middle, and the rest are supported by multiple points. The materials used in this project are:
Members: Q235 steel in GB/T700-1998 is selected, high-frequency welded pipe or seamless steel pipe is used.
Steel ball: The bolt ball uses 45 steel in GB/T699-1999.
High-strength bolts: 40Cr in GB/T3077-1999 is selected, and the grade requirements comply with GB/T1231-1991
Sealing plate vertebral head: forged from Q235 round steel
Sleeve: use 45 steel, the section is equivalent to the section of the corresponding rod
Welding Rod: Choose E43XX series.

The main features of this project are: large grid distribution area, multiple blocks, large overall engineering volume, high quality requirements, and relatively tight construction period, so each part is located in a cross-fitting construction with strict and compact requirements.
